We love the photos of the bathrooms at our Barton Creek West project. Partnering with Van Wicklen Design, Schroeder was able to help create beautiful bathrooms that exude luxury and elegance!
This master bathroom showcases limestone on the walls and breathtaking ceramic wood-like tile on the floor. Below, the photos feature a beautiful mother-of-pearl backsplash that adds an element of luxury to the room.
Schroeder is sponsoring two home tours in Austin this Fall! Come and out to see the wonderful work that our partners and we did at the NARI 11th Annual Tour of Remodeled Homes in October and the AIA Austin Home Tour in November.
National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI)
NARI’s Austin Chapter’s Home Tour will take place October 19th and 20th. Homes will be open for tour attendees to visit from 12pm to 6pm both days.
Advance tickets are $20.00 and may be purchased online or in person from both Breed & Co locations (718 W 29th Street & 3663 Bee Caves Road) and from Treehouse (4477 South Lamar Blvd #600).
Tickets will also be available at each home during the Tour for $25.00.
A portion of all ticket sales goes to support Wonders & Worries and the amazing work they do here in Central Texas.
American Institute of Architects (AIA)
The 2013 AIA Austin Homes Tour will take place November 2nd and 3rd. More information coming soon! The tour booklet this year will come with a free copy of Austin Home magazine!
Schroeder is excited to share with you photos from a recent photo shoot. There are so many photos we will be sharing them with you in the next few posts.
The photos below are our favorite ones from a beautiful home in Barton Creek West. It was designed by one our partner’s Jeanette Van Wicklen of Van Wicklen Design and built by one of our partners Frontera Builders. The photos are by Trent Lee Photography.
We wanted to share with you this recent and beautiful installation of a stair runner. This stair runner is made of a 100% wool and is a flat weave. It has a herringbone pattern and looks wonderful on a staircase!
The customer was drawn to the neutral colors and the classic herringbone pattern. Schroeder custom made the stair runner and did the installation.
